HiddenEquity is an AI property opportunity scanner built for UK investors, sourcers, deal packagers and small developers. The deals exist — they're just buried across Rightmove, Zoopla, auction sites, planning portals and council records. We bring them together.

Our system analyses Street View, satellite imagery, EPC ratings, planning history and listing descriptions to score each property for extension, loft, HMO and renovation potential — then delivers a ranked weekly report so you spend your time closing deals, not hunting for them.

We only use data that is legally obtainable, and every score is tuned by an operator who has lived the renovation-targeting problem firsthand.
